Workers Compensation Insurance Claims Representative Adjuster Examiner Workers Workers' Comp _ .

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve workers compensation claims involving moderate to high complexities and exposures, within authority limits and in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.

*** Manage moderate to high exposure workers comp claims including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition.

*** Manage medical ancillary programs and external counsel to ensure compliance with strategy, budgets, and outcomes.

*** Deliver status reports to management and insureds.

*** Ensure claim handling guidelines, best practices, regulatory requirements, and special claim handling instructions are followed.

*** Support training, developing and coaching of less experienced staff.
