Job Description:

We are seeking a House Supervisor to oversee operations during the night shift. The House Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility, addressing any issues that arise, and supervising staff to guarantee quality care and service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and guidance to staff as neededQualifications:

  • Valid NM Registered Nurse License - - - -
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required - - - -
  • NRP, TNCC preferred - must obtain within 6 months of hire - - - -
  • Proven 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting - - - -
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - - - -
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - - - -
