The pastry cooks responsibilities is for preparing high-quality, desserts, breads, and pastries while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste. Ensure a proper storage, labelling and rotation of ingredients and finished products, maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of baking techniques, Dessert presentation, and pastry equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
