The RN in the Cardiac Progressive Care team provides specialized patient-focused care for individuals with cardiovascular disorders, such as arrhythmias and heart failure. Responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, comprehensive inpatient care, and personalized discharge planning. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and entails a collaborative approach with a strong emphasis on education, safety, and professional development.
Overview: Rust is looking for an RN for their Cardiac Progressive Care team.This semi-specialized unit is composed of mostly Cardiac patients. The unit provides patient-focused, specialized care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring for various cardiovascular disorders, including cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure. Patients recovering from myocardial infarction, coronary intervention, and electrophysiology procedures are also cared for on this unit. Cardiac Progressive Unit provides quality care to all its patient populations through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.
