• CERTS: BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

  • 75 MILE Straight Line RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility.
  • Inpatient Experience and EPIC Required
  • 2 years experience current required in specialty. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have an active NM or compact license.
    • Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
    • When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: varied - starts at 8 am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required.
      • Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
      • ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

        • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
        • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
        • Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
        • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
