Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Utilization Review Specialist. This role will involve coordinating patient care and ensuring quality, cost-effective treatment plans.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Patient Care: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring effective communication among healthcare team members.Assess Patient Needs: Identify patients requiring intervention and develop strategies to address their unique needs.Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.Monitor Patient Outcomes: Evaluate patient responses to treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care plans.Ensure Adherence to Hospital Policies: Promote adherence to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.Develop Collaborative Relationships: Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
