We deliver industry best practices and focus on the physical and mental well-being of the workforce.From sales to operations, we prioritize customer satisfaction, compliance, secure technology, and cost-containment to build and retain long-term partnerships with our clients.We're actively looking for a Full-time Paramedic to join our team for medical oversight on a project in Los Lunas, NM.Key responsibilities:Running the on-site clinic and providing emergency care, wellness support, safety assistance, and customer service to the construction project team.Collaborating closely with safety, risk management, and workers' compensation programs.Offering occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and helping reduce risks for workers.Managing healthcare services, supporting on-site health and wellness initiatives, monitoring treatment plans, and handling case management.Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in our system.Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of Paramedic experience.Active NM State Paramedic license.Current BLS certification.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Flexibility with work schedule.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER).Previous experience in occupational health.Managerial experience.OSHA 30/10 training (training provided).ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certificationCompensation: $30 - $35 per hourSchedule: Mon - Thurs, 6 AM - 6 PMLocation: Los Lunas, NMSchedule:Day shiftMonday to ThursdayAbility to commute/relocate:Los Lunas, NM: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $30 - $35 per hourSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayBenefits:401(k) w/ matchDental InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffVision InsuranceWork Location: In person#093Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 - 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
