Santa Maria El Mirador is seeking an experienced highly motivated mission-driven leader. As an Intermediate Care Facility for intellectually disabled adults, we need a Chief Executive Officer with a proven track record in best practices, financial oversight, leadership, communication and operational excellence.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in finance, business, healthcare, or education administration.
5 to 10 years of administration experience in a helping profession is preferred with a strong background in knowledge of governance, healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
